1. Order Processing Time

Every piece of metal art is expertly laser-cut, inspected, and carefully packed.

• Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during peak seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. The 100% Discreet Packaging Guarantee

We highly respect your privacy. Because of the sensual and intimate nature of our designs, all orders are shipped in 100% discreet, plain, and secure packaging.

• There are no explicit logos, images, or branding on the exterior of the shipping box.

• The shipping label will only contain basic fulfillment center information, ensuring complete confidentiality from the moment it leaves our facility to the moment it arrives at your door.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard International Shipping: Typically takes 5 to 10 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

• Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to international customs processing or local carrier issues out of our control.

4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDU)

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's tracking portal.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Damaged in Transit: If your metal artwork arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for exact steps on claiming a replacement.

• Lost or Stolen: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are lost or stolen from your property. If your tracking indicates the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
