We process orders quickly to ensure your artwork is manufactured and dispatched as fast as possible.
Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement without any penalty.

After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order enters the production or shipping phase. At this point, we can no longer cancel the order, and it will be treated under our standard Return Policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with global consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be strictly met:
The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unused, unmarked, and completely free of scratches, bends, or damage.
The item must be securely repacked in its original packaging. Metal artworks are highly sensitive to transit damage without their custom structural packaging. If the item is returned improperly packed and sustains damage during transit, the refund will be denied.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).
To initiate a return, please contact us at [Destek Mail Adresin]. We will provide you with the return shipping address and specific instructions. Do not send your purchase back to the sender address on the package without contacting us first.
For hygiene, privacy, and production reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
Custom or Personalized Orders: Any artwork that has been specially modified, sized, or designed for you cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
Items on Clearance/Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Tracking Required: Because of the high value of our items, you must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
International Customs: If you are returning an item from internationally, you must clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs fees. We are not responsible for any customs fees applied to returned items; such fees will be deducted from your refund.
We rigorously inspect all pieces before shipping, but transit damage can rarely occur.
If your item arrives damaged, bent, or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will immediately arrange for a free replacement piece to be sent to you. We do not issue full refunds for items damaged in transit, but we guarantee a flawless replacement at no cost to you.
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
